Only Mobile Devices (Phones/Tablets) are allowed.
Players must join the official WhatsApp group for room ID and password distribution.
Registration is not transferable. You must play with the exact PUBG ID you registered with.
Technical Issues: If a tournament is disrupted due to an issue caused by ArenaX Ghana, including incorrect room credentials, room creation errors, or other organizer-related problems, ArenaX Ghana reserves the right to either:
- Restart the affected match.
- Create a replacement match for all affected participants.
- Issue a full refund if a replacement match cannot be reasonably conducted.
Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of ArenaX Ghana after reviewing the incident.
MVP / Top Kills: The MVP award goes to the player with the highest number of kills in the match, even if they die early in the game.

The use of hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, teaming, account sharing, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Players found violating these rules may receive:

A warning for minor first-time offences, disqualification from the tournament, plus a full refund.
Permanent suspension from all ArenaX Ghana tournaments for serious or repeated violations without refund.

Respect all players and admins. Toxic behavior in the WhatsApp group or in-game will lead to removal.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Matches will not be restarted for player disconnects.

Entry fee must be paid before approval.
No refund for no-shows after joining a match and disconnecting.
Refunds will be made to players who paid but couldn't join due to personal reasons.
Cash prizes are disbursed within 24 hours of the final match results being published.
Payments are made only to the verified Mobile Money number provided during registration.
