Refund Center

Technical Issues

If a tournament is disrupted due to an issue caused by ArenaX Ghana, including incorrect room credentials, room creation errors, or other organizer-related problems, ArenaX Ghana reserves the right to either:

• Restart the affected match.
• Create a replacement match for all affected participants.
• Issue a full refund if a replacement match cannot be reasonably conducted.

Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of ArenaX Ghana after reviewing the incident.

Cheating & Fair Play

The use of hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, teaming, account sharing, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players found violating these rules may receive:

• A warning for minor first-time offences, disqualification from the tournament, plus a full refund.
• Permanent suspension from all ArenaX Ghana tournaments for serious or repeated violations without refund.

No-Shows & Disconnects

There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows after joining a match or for personal internet disconnects. Refunds will be made to players who paid but couldn't join due to extreme personal reasons, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
